1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the roaracademy.asia website, the ROAR Launchpad, and any other products, services, or tools we make available under the ROAR Academy brand (together, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Roar Beyond Sdn. Bhd. (1668775-A) (the “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company registered in Malaysia. ROAR Academy is the trading name of Roar Beyond Sdn. Bhd.

By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. What our Services include

The Services currently include, but are not limited to:

• The ROAR Academy public website, including informational content about the school, its curriculum, and its team
• The ROAR Launchpad, an online discovery tool that helps secondary-age students understand how they think, learn, and work
• Enrolment enquiry and contact forms
• Newsletter subscriptions
• Downloadable resources such as brochures and guides
• Event registration pages
• Live chat or messaging features, where available

We may add, modify, or remove Services at any time. Where changes significantly affect you, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance.

3. Who can use the Services

Most of our Services are open to anyone. However:

• The ROAR Launchpad is designed for secondary-age students (typically 11 to 17). Users under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before completing the assessment
• Enrolment enquiries should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian where the prospective student is under 18

By submitting data or completing any form or assessment on our Services, the parent or guardian confirms they have read and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, and have authorised the student to participate where applicable.

4. Your responsibilities

When using any of our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in any form, enquiry, or assessment
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform or any tool we provide
• Not upload, post, or share content that is harmful, illegal, defamatory, or violates another person’s rights
• Not use our Services to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Use our Services only for personal, educational, or legitimate enquiry purposes consistent with their stated function
• Not share any ROAR Launchpad profile report in a way that could identify or profile other users

5. The ROAR Launchpad

The ROAR Launchpad is a reflective discovery tool to support self-understanding and conversations between students, parents, educators, and mentors. It is not a diagnostic tool, psychological assessment, or clinical instrument, and results should not be treated as such.

Profile reports generated by the Launchpad are based on the user’s responses and are intended for personal and educational use by the student, their family, and their support network. The interpretations and suggestions in a report are designed to prompt reflection and conversation. They are not predictions of future performance, academic potential, or suitability for any programme, and are not a substitute for professional educational, psychological, or medical advice.

6. Enrolment and enquiries

Submitting an enrolment enquiry, contact form, or event registration does not guarantee a school place, admission, or acceptance of your enquiry. Enrolment at ROAR Academy is subject to our admissions process, capacity, and separate enrolment agreements, which will be provided to families at the appropriate stage.

7. Intellectual property

All content on our Services, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, the Launchpad assessment framework, scenarios, archetype definitions, narrative text, visual design, code, and branding, is owned by Roar Beyond Sdn. Bhd. or its licensors, and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View and read our public website content
• Download and share our brochures and resources for personal, non-commercial purposes, with attribution
• Share your personal Launchpad profile report with family, educators, and mentors

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially use, or create derivative works from any other ROAR content without our prior written permission.

8. Third-party content and links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or embed content from third parties such as social media platforms or video services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Access to any linked or embedded third-party service is at your own risk.

9. Availability and changes

We make reasonable efforts to keep our Services available and functioning correctly. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may take any Service offline for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons without notice.

We may update, modify, or remove features, content, or entire Services at any time to improve, secure, or restructure our offerings.

10. Limitation of liability

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Roar Beyond Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for:

• Any interruption, error, or defect in our Services

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. For significant changes that affect your rights or how your data is handled, we will notify users by email where possible.

Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from use of our Services or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
